These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Teleteg ("Service"), operated at teleteg.com. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Teleteg is a public Telegram search engine that indexes publicly available information from Telegram channels and groups and makes it searchable with structured filters. Access to search functionality is provided through a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time a search is performed. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
You must register an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Teleteg reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these rules without prior notice and without refund.
Important — please read before purchasing: All purchases on Teleteg are for digital search credits. Credits are delivered to your account immediately and automatically upon successful payment. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether credits have been used.

We strongly encourage you to use the free tier of the Service to evaluate it before making any purchase. If you have questions about a charge or believe a payment was made in error, contact us at @teleteg_support before initiating a dispute — most billing questions can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
The Service, including its interface, algorithms, and compiled indexes, is the property of Teleteg. The underlying data indexed by the Service consists of publicly available information from Telegram. You may use search results for personal, research, and commercial purposes within the bounds of these Terms and applicable law. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute the Service's output at scale without written authorisation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Teleteg does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that search results will be complete or current. Indexed data reflects public Telegram information at the time of indexing and may not reflect current state.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teleteg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Teleteg in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. Teleteg reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund of remaining credits. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Teleteg operates.
